Addressing HPC needs within Oil and Gas

Community.  We all revolve around some form of it.  In my experience within the O&G industry, we haven't yet created the community around HPC.  I hope we can change that real soon now.  I am always interested in your thoughts on making and sustaining an O&G community around high performance computing.
